Gosnell, 3 others to face capital murder charges for infanticide

I know many will cheer and dance. I understand their "earnestness".

But this is a serious, serious matter. The left will not take kindly to its priesthood of abortioneers being put to death.

They will howl and froth and rage and fume.

The matter will be decided by the ever-feckless squishy middle of the political spectrum.

Whatever celebration you want to have keep in mind we are working to dis-enshrine abortion as a sacred rite. If we can establish, legally, that infanticide, even in the context of abortion, is worthy of the death penalty then we have won a crucial battle.

Rest assured the acolytes of death understand this as well.

Prosecutors in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania announced today they will seek the death penalty for abortion practitioner Kermit Gosnell, who faces charged related to killing a woman in a botched abortion and killing babies infanticides.

Assistant District Attorneys Joanne Pescatore and Christine Wechsler confirmed to the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper that they are looking at pursuing the death penalty related to Gosnell and former Gosnell employees Lynda Williams, Steven Massof and Adrienne Moton. The three are accusing of assisting Gosnell in the infanticide “abortions” where unborn children late in pregnancy were purposefully birth in order to kill them by using medical scissors to “snip” their spinal cords.

Gosnell himself will likely face a potential death penalty as the prosecutors notified his attorney, Jack McMahon, that they will seek death by lethal injection if a jury finds Gosnell guilty of first-degree murder in the counts he faces. Gosnell faces a third-degree murder charge related to the death of 41-year-old Karnamaya Mongar from a botched abortion Gosnell performed. Mongar died November 20, 2009, after overdosing on anesthetics prescribed by the doctor.

There have been cases when a pregnant woman in the 8 month of pregnancy have been killed and her baby died.  The killer was charged with both deaths.   
Depends on the State and the Judge in most cases.

We hear of auto accidents when the mother died and the Doctors worked to save the baby she carried.  Heroic acts were taken to save the baby.

Was this at the request of the family or natural instinct to save a life.??----Who knows but most of us have an instinct to save a life even when the mother is no longer living.

All so easy to put money and ego before life, but then there is the instinct for us who gain nothing and may loose much to to save the just born or about to be born.

Normal every day people that walk among us , who would know, that they will kill a new born with a pair of scissors, for the money and because the mother paid them to do so.

Sorry I have to fault the mothers for doing this, if it were not for them, the killer Doctors would have no Job.
