Stalking is a serious problem, whether it is real life or on the Internet.

Intimacy Seeker
Incompetent
Resentful
Predatory

They often do it out of obsession and often have personality disorders.

The Lagopus conveniently left that out. It's called the Lagomorphic Stalker...
