This is really messed up! A 8 year old boy arrested 5 times! I would not be surprised he is just as bad at home.

This child should have been removed from the district after the second outburst -- he is not safe there, nor are others.    He probably needs a residential setting.

How freaking sad! It is by no stretch of the imagination that he will spend a life in incarceration.

Nice how the liberals in the world just moved this little society wart slave from the plantation to the inner-cities.
