It's auto.  I've driven a stick for the past 6 years.   Sucks in the city!

Eh.  I learned to spend a lot of time coasting along in neutral with the occasional bump on the clutch to keep moving.  My brother was bitching about his truck's heavy clutch in traffic yesterday... glad mine is pretty light.

Yup!

I drive a Chevrolet 3/4 4X4 pick-up truck. I get 10 MPG. It's in 4 wheel in the winter or has the A/C on in the summer. I supposed I could get better gas millage if I suffered for the rest of mankind, and went green, turning the air and 4 wheel off. NOT!!!

I can survive knowing that liberals think I'm a selfish, greedy repub.

Test drove this yesterday with a buddy looking for a new truck, awesome! Only complaint was they made it too truckish, I know that was the idea but with the 6.4 liter gas engine and custom exhaust all we could hear is wind noise on the highway, had to talk very loud just to hear each other. If he was 15 years younger and single he would have bought it. That thing was fast though, and handled like a sports car.

Mine was a 2005 Ford Focus. Very light clutch.  But still, getting stuck on the tollway in afternoon rush traffic with a stick SUUUUUUUUCKS.

Not as bad as getting stuck in same traffic while on a bike.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

A little work done south of the border down Mexico way it could be looking like this yo.

You could probably enlist these three capitalist pigs to give a hand on the detail details.

A little find a TJ shop for some chop and drop, jumping hydraulics, roll and tuck, a kick ass stereo, mega bass in thetrunk, and heavy smoke on the windows.  That would be a beamer screaming capitalist pig. :rotf:

I desperately need an automatic something  as I can no longer drive stick with my left leg all messed up.  What to do, I have a 2000 KIA with 35,000 miles on it and can get around $500.00 in trade in for it.

BTW, I have Low Jack on this car, when I sell or trade it in, can I remove this divice and transfer it to another car or truck??

Then what is with the doors on these things.      I had  64 Stingray convertable with the same problems.   When it gets cold the doors will not lock, had to put seat belt through the hole in the arm rest to keep the doors closed.    Now years later my KIA has the same problems with no way to tie the door closed until it heats up.   A summer car that one.

I never lock the doors on my car or Jeep, if anyone wants to get in, no broken windows or slashed canvas on the jeep.  Radios are cheap to replace they can take the damn things, I only get Am radio on them.

No, the LoJack will stay with the vehicle.  The problem is that LoJack has roughly 30 places in your car to hide their device.  No record is ever made of exactly WHERE.  This is to protect your investment.  A company rep would literally have to tear your car apart to find the unit.  I won't go too far into what the device looks like (size, shape, etc.), but suffice it to say that it would be extremely difficult to find.

Summary:  The next owner of your car benefits from your LoJack investment.

Gina, I was wondering the same thing.  Kias are very rarely (if ever) stolen because they're too cheap to bother with.  It was either a damn good salesman and she got suckered or it was a damn good deal because they cost $600-$800 installed.

I could use an economical vehicle because of my frequent trips to Dallas for the various Doctors I need to see. $500 would be in my affordability range. Now, how to get the vehicle from where you are to Texas.

Not all states allow lane splitting or driving on the shoulder. I had a motorcycle for my commute when I was stationed in San Diego. Splitting lanes across the Coronado Bay Bridge was awesome, but one STILL had to be careful of the cagers. They liked to open their doors or crowd the centerline when they saw a motorcycle coming up in their mirrors.

The weird thing about BMWs is that they always maintain the leather smell.  When I was a teen, my dad was a GM at a BMW dealership and I was a lot monkey.  It didn't matter if the BMW was 10 years old or brand new, they all had that pungent leather odor BMWs are known for.  It's one of the reasons I wanted one now that I'm 40.  :)
