Is Russ still on the air? I listened to him way back when he was on mornings and ran nekkid down the tollway.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Yes he is Dixie!  He was on afternoons on 105.3, when it was talk, and then there was a FRACAS.  CBS paid him to keep him off the air, and now he is back at KEGL, in the am.  I only hear about 45 minutes of his show, when I am on the way home, and sometimes I wish my commute was longer, just to keep the laughs up.

Yeah I caught some of his show online after I moved away. He was already on the talk station by then. His show was one of the things I missed about moving away!

I read online about his arrest. OMG.

Sorry for the threadjack!

Might as well be a Subaru!
"Liberalism is an essentially feminine, submissive world view. Perhaps a better adjective than feminine is infantile. It is the world view of men who do not have the moral toughness, the spiritual strength to stand up and do single combat with life, who cannot adjust to the reality that the world is not a huge, pink-and-blue, padded nursery in which the lions lie down with the lambs and everyone lives happily ever after."

Nice ride TC, of course after driving it for a few months you will start to disdainfully tell your friends that it is not, in fact, a "bimmer," but is a "BMW."

Yup!

I drive a Chevrolet 3/4 4X4 pick-up truck. I get 10 MPG. It's in 4 wheel in the winter or has the A/C on in the summer. I supposed I could get better gas millage if I suffered for the rest of mankind, and went green, turning the air and 4 wheel off. NOT!!!

I can survive knowing that liberals think I'm a selfish, greedy repub.

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Very nice car.

White isn't usually a color I'd chose on any car, but it looks nice on your BMW.

Nice car.  Not a color I would have chosen, but let us know how it handles.

It's auto.  I've driven a stick for the past 6 years.   Sucks in the city!
