Beck: "The Coming Insurrection" Will Happen "In The Middle East...In Europe...And On This Side Of The Globe." Glenn Beck spent much of his January 31 radio show laying out his theory that the Egyptian protests are "the beginning of the coming insurrection" that "will happen in three parts, I believe: it will happen in the Middle East, it will happen in Europe, and it will happen on this side of the globe."

Beck: "This Is Not About Egypt -- This Is About Your Hometown." Later, on the January 31 edition of his Fox News show, Beck again claimed that the Egyptian protests are a preview of "the coming insurrection" in the U.S. and around the globe. At one point, he claimed that the protests in Egypt are "the story of everyone who has ever plotted to -- or wanted to -- fundamentally change or destroy the Western way of life."

Big Gov: Does Obama Realize "Just How Close America Is To Facing A Similar Crisis" To Egypt? "Barack Obama and the U.S. government have called for a "peaceful transition" in Egypt, in response to massive protests, riots and escalating anarchy. But I wonder if President Obama is taking notes? Damn these DUmmies suffer from a severe disconnect from reality.  Here they claim the conservative media is raising the alarm about protests and riots here to scare the right, yet we have seen dozens of threads from these same DUmmies hoping and wishing that there was someone here to lead just those same riots.

Hey Dummies,care to guess just what it would take to see something like the riots overseas to start here. Not much really.

1. Gas goes over $5 a gallon.

2. Food prices go up because of the cost of gas. People find it harder to eat and get to work to keep cash coming into their bank accounts.

3. More armed robberiesassaults and other crimes because the cost of things goes up.

4. The cost of utilities goes up because the cost of fuel goes up. You should all try living in the NE where heating oil is used quite alot and see what happens when you get a storm like the one that's coming their way today and your heat goes out. I have been there and its no treat when the temp is -20 or better.

5. More of our rights taken away by the Democrat Party with out regard to the Constitution and the DOI. They have done it before and if not stopped they will keep doing it. Another thing is that all the laws they pass affect everyone not just those you hate on the right.

That's all it would take to get things rolling. Be carefull what you wish for DUmmies because you might get it and all the unintended consequences that go with it.

please -- what the Muslim Brotherhood wants is the total reconstitution of the Ottoman Empire, and the reassembly of Arabia - this time under radical Islamist rule. and unlike the Taliban , the brotherhood is patient, and is willing to work their way into power gradually.

I watched Beck today and he certainly makes more sense than Der Leader! That DUmbass is sittin' on his hands while some of our best military equipment gets turned over to people who want to kill us! They have over 2,000 F16's for cripes sake, Stinger missiles, Cobra Helli's and Abrams tanks!

Imagine, hundreds of thousands of Americans swarming DC and cities all over the country, bringing the economy to a grinding halt, demanding the resignation of Bush/Cheney. Well said.  I don't watch Beck, but if he really said that, and in the extremely unlikely event a DUmmie got the context even approximately correct in the first place, it's a stretch and not an immediate threat here.
