Not only does it stink, but it's volatile as well. A single spark could set the whole country off. Just think! Explosions, firebombs, the possibilities are endless!

Sounds like Muslims...good...if someone breaks wind while they are praying they have to start their prayers all over again....lets keep 'em praying.... ship 'em millions of pounds of pinto beans...hey, if they got their heads stuck to the ground all the time praying they can't cause us any problems.

But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

Doesn't NZ have a cow fart tax?

The EPA wants to levy one:

That seems like a lib thing to do - taxing cow farts.

###

If a person is alone in the woods and farts, everybody knows who did it.

As do the two people in an elevator.

Makes perfect sense to me for THAT country to enforce that law, next the health department locks up people that sneeze or cough, scratch an itch have a runny nose or eyes water.  Tax all farm animals, pets,  and humans that yawn, burp, piss and poop.

Biggest problem I see is for the people that are hungry and their stomachs growl in public.
