I would love to see them make the progressive state they were talking about.
They would go broke in about a month. Everyone would want the single payer healthcare and checks from the govt but, no one would want to do the work. Not that any industry would be left, faced with the high taxes and regulations they will either close the doors or pack up and move.
Kind of like how this solar panel company is doing.

Question for DUmbasses:  How is running manufacturing out of this country, where a product is made under strict environmental regs, to another country with no such regs, "good" for the environment? 

Same products are being produced in the same quantities, just done in a more "business friendly" place, with less pollution oversight. 

Like Lord Zero's "offshore drilling moratorium".  There is STILL drilling off America's shores, the only difference is WE are not doing the drilling.  Makes NO sense whatsoever.

Not sure, but I thought Mitsubishi was a big player in the wind turbine component field.  If so I imagine the Japanese government goes to great lengths to keep that at home instead of on the mainland.

I've asked every CDP politician in my district and every progressive I know, "What is a green job?" I rarely get an answer but do get insulted often. As far as I can determine a green job is a construction job that specializes in mounting solar cells, adding insulation, and replacing perfectly good windows with new ex[pensive windows. All of these are temporary.  Only one local CDP state representative also brought in government and education because they got green stimulus money.  This same representative also could not understand that in Spain for each green job they lost 2.2 real jobs. The man could not understand 1-2.2=-1.2 jobs. He kept saying how these are

jobs coming into the state and would give me environmental and government web sites to prove his point. At least that idiot got termed out.  The bad news is an even dumber CDP member got the job in this last election.

In that case, the Left owns this, too, because of their envirowhacko segment, who won't allow the mining of those "rare earth" elements (metals, mainly) in the United States.

Pay attention DUmb****s! It's cheaper to ship shit from China than it is to operate a business in America, and with Customs and the cost of movin' those goods, that's sayin' somethin'!
