Prayers continue.



I saw her neurosurgeon on Fox last night...he said she had wiggled a specific toe or finger when asked yesterday, when they brought her out of the induced coma. That she was able to do that, he said, was nothing short of miraculous! He also said that if they can keep her brain swelling down by the induced coma, as much as possible, and infection does not occur, things are looking really good for her.  :yahoo:

Giffords is a fighter.

I heard that she was able to breath on her own without a tube, but they are keeping it in for the time being.  Then her surgeon (IIRC) said he believes she has a 101% chance of surviving this whole thing.
