There are some sick people out there
My daughter's puppy got out of the yard.
"Someone" called the number on the tag and told her that they would give the puppy back, but wanted a reward. WTF is wrong with people?
My daughter works two jobs and barely has enough to pay her bills. She doesn't have the money to pay ransom on a dog.
She went to the address with a friend of hers who has a dad of dubious character.
When they saw her friend...all of the sudden they didn't have the puppy.
My daughter found someone she knew who said that the puppy was dumped on the other side of town--but wouldn't say by who. The dog would have NEVER found her way home.
She did find her dog but I sincerely hope these folks who tried to extort money from a hard-working kid have horrible things happen to them. I am getting so ****ing tired of mean people.
Right, there's some mean people out there.
And not only people who hold an innocent puppy for ransom, or who mistreat animals.
The non-monickered equine knows to what franksolich is referring; she's one of those vile mean people herself.
