I would hope the SCOTUS would be just as fond of this as they were of the presidential line item veto. But given their right wing bias they just might say it's OK as long as Republicans control the house.

Elections certainly do have consequences.  We are living them everyday.

6. We need to hyponitze the whole lot of the Repulicans and tell them to turn Democratic so we can re-take the House and use their abusive rules and turn it against them.  At least 50 Republicans are said to be highly suggestible (remember, republicans uses nothing but lizard brain)

the House could effectively be adopting a budget resolution and limits for appropriations bills that it has never even seen, much less debated and had an opportunity to amend.

When I read this over at the DUmp, I was just amazed at how upset the DUmmies are now that the tables have been turned on them.  Everything Pelosi did in the house bordered on tyranny. 

I was reading this morning that because the dems were too busy passing health care, cap and tax, and all of their other liberal wet dream bills, they didn't do a budget and that leaves it wide open for Paul Ryan.
