Over the weekend, Newsweek's Eleanor Clift offered several liberal howlers as the Group handed out year-end honors and dishonors. On "Worst Lie," Clift insisted: "The worst lie, that Obama’s policies didn’t work -- the recovery plan, the car, the auto-car bailout, and TARP, which began under President Bush – all worked quite well.

Worse lie, BP will clean this up to the point it will be clean as a whistle  and anyone harmed by this spill will be fully compensated.

I suppose the veracity of this load of crap spewing from her pie hole depends entirely upon what Caliph Barry's policies were INTENDED to accomplish in the first place.

If they were intended to bring the country out of recession, build the economy, "create jobs", and all the rest of that stuff the rest of us try to do, then you're right; Lord Barry's policies are miserable, ill considered abject failures.

If, as many of us suspect these days however, his policies are intended to drive the US economy off the *******ed cliff, so that he can rebuild it in his own Marxist image, then...
