Unemployed Man Wins $1 Million at McDonald's

Now has an opinion on the capital gains tax!

http://www.fox6now.com/news/witi-122110-west-allis-mcdo...

'An unemployed West Allis man will have a much brighter Christmas after winning a $1 million prize in the Monopoly game at McDonald's.

Jonathan Kehoe won the one and only million dollar prize after pulling an instant tab affixed to a medium soft drink at the McDonald's at Highway 100 and National Avenue in West Allis. "Pinch me, somebody pinch me," Kehoe said on Tuesday morning.

Kehoe says the day he pulled the winning tab at the end of October, he had his Godson with him. He wanted some McDonald's. So Kehoe to pull in and get something. He bought himself a McRib value meal in the drive-thru. When he pulled the tab, Kehoe saw the Boardwalk and Park Place tickets.

"I don't think it hit me right away. I didn't realize right away that I won. It was like I had to, um, ask a few people, 'is this real?' And after a couple of hours, it set in," Kehoe said.
Kehoe says he has some bills to pay off and he owes his parents some money. He wants to then see if he can buy some property. But Kehoe says he wants the money to last.'

2. Great news.

This is the first I've ever heard of someone winning this prize. I thought it was just a carrot-stick thing by McDonalds.

Too bad it won't last for life (after taxes, he'll get just over $500,000, possibly less), like it would have in the 70s or 80s, but it should make things a little easier for the next 10 years or so.

Now I wonder if he should be taxed at 90% he did get free money after all.

I'm waiting for Bobo to show up and bitch that she didn't win.

I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Ask Bwaney Fwank, TAKE IT ALL!  Unearned income..blah..blah..blah
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Let's see, Wisconsin, unemployed, owes Mommy & Daddy money. I smell democrat. Tax 'em 99% he won't complain. After all he's evil rich from the proceeds of an evil corporate persona so he'd be the first to stand up and volunteer for the new rate. It's only fair.

I dunno, do Dems actually frequent those big greedy corporations? If ya listen to the primitives, they boycott McDucks due to their evil practice of handin' out toys in their Happy Meals!

Ma Belle Obwana will not be pleased! He took a kid to McDonalds! She'll prolly fine him and confiscate his winnings for the kids to buy alfalfa sprouts and cottage cheese!
I'm the guy your mother warned you about!

I'd like to know how much of his unemployment money went to McDonald's every day.

Good for him, but I don't see that money lasting more than six months.
