When one of the Phelps family members dies, lets all show up and show our ass.......literally.
Hey, turn about is fair play....do unto others and all that.
Sounds cool Johnny, but how do we do this.?
The Phelps have an agenda to make their evil ideas known, they get permission from each town to picket on behalf of their views. In no way is this seen as a personal attack on anyone person or family.
Time comes when one of them die, how do we get permission to picket their funeral that is legal.
Johnny they have covered all bases, at no time do they make their protests personal, the Phelps just make an ambiguous statement, not about the individual that died but about what they believe is Gods will.
These people are as slick as Owl Shit. They know that any anti-family protests will not be allowed as it would be personal and with their lawyers put a stop to any infringement on getting permission to picket one of their own.
Sit back Johnny and try to figure out what anyone can picket on, kind of hard to make this impersonal.
Perhaps getting a licence to picket for anti-American activity's.? No way that will not go over, a picket to claim that God hates Anti-americans--that may work or not.
We really have little power to stop these people unless we can find a Church that is willing to face law suits form the Phelps, for some little known law that is still on the books.
Johnny, we are ****ed , until someone comes up with a way to legally put these wolves down.
Say hold funerals at night when the people who picket it cannot picket after dark.. Actually I feel that the funeral for a hero should be held at night anyway, The symbolism of going from the light of day to the night of dark, has been held for thousands of years to honor a Hero.--To go from the light of day into the great dark to save us from harm, there is nothing like giving thanks and reverence to the departed then to bury them under the light of the moon with torches alit and giving good by with the hope of meeting them again somewhere out there in Gods great darkness.
