Marital rape in NJ creates kerfluffle over OK law

Apologies. I have to get ready for work so no time for a proper C&P:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x9509336

DUmmies are in a pickle. They despised the just-passed OK amendment to forbid judges using sharia law or international law but suddenly they find a NJ case where a judge denies a restraining order to a muslim woman repeatedly raped by her husband.

The article makes no mention as to whether sharia was a factor in the judges ruling and the ruling has been overturned but the fact is SOMETHING made this judge so rule even though US law has long recognized marital rape as a crime.

For some odd reason many of the DUmmies want to point to the fact the judge was overturned to kick the issue down the road. They seem unwilling to answer the straight on question of: should sharia be allowed to factor into US law?

If they say no then they risk getting slapped with the same broad-brush they try to paint us with all the time. We foresee this nonsense becoming codified but since they hate us more than they love women they pretend the issue is no issue.

If they say yes then they are forced to admit they will condone episodes such as this one and their only hope is an appellate court saves innocent people from their race-baiting politics.

Watch a thread on female genital mutilation some time. Even though the practitioners are overwhelmingly muslim the DUmmies can at best squeak out tired tirade against male circumcision to maintain appearances.
According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."

As tightwad conservatives we should welcome sharia law....just think of the money we could save.

1-women won't need makeup, a 100 shoes, pantyhose, fancy clothes...just a black sack and few used items from a yard sale.

2-women won't need a car, they aren't allowed to leave home without a male escort.

3-women don't need a TV/radio/phone, soap operas and outside communications will corrupt them.

4-no more having to buy them things to get on their good side. You can just slap them around to adjust their attitude.

:lmao:Really...DUmmies are going to back themselves into a corner with their PC multicultural BS.... :-)

“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

God, they're dumb.
Yes, Karin, they really are. Why would any American want a law such as sharia law? Why it's even on an American voting ballot question is beyond me. :mental: :mental:
