Gang, MSNBC ended their suspension of Olbermann.  They said something about an "appropriate punishment."  

If this had ever gone before a court, I'm not sure that, even with the contract stipulation written in, that NBC could have won this.  The legal team that would flock to Olbermann would find a way to beat NBC with it.  I think they'd try the "suppression of free speech" angle, along with the SCOTUS decision about money equalling free speech.
