N.H. Democratic Party loses phone service at offices

Source: seacostonline.com

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — The New Hampshire Democratic Party has lost phone service — on some or all lines — at local campaign offices at 11 locations around the state.

Michael Brunelle, the party's executive director, said two phone and Internet providers haven't pinpointed the problem. Service was affected in Concord, Manchester, Milford, Dover, Hampton, Nashua, Keene, Plymouth, Exeter, Londonderry and Somersworth starting at 1:30 p.m. Monday.

The party also alerted the state attorney general's office as a precaution.

In 2002, a scheme to disrupt Democrats' get-out-the-vote efforts by jamming telephones with hang-up calls resulted in criminal convictions for former state GOP executive director Charles McGee and former political consultant Allen Raymond.

There better be a major criminal investigation into who tampered with those phone lines, this is a crime against our democracy.

Thanks Gov. Christie

15. Did James O'Keefe do it?

Maybe he'll just get some more probation and a double fine rather than a real punishment. It'd take another Watergate for the perps to spend some time in the federal pen I suppose. Seriously, the Republicans will stoop as low as it takes to poison the political discourse.

He only exposes the truth. You can't handle the truth. (Thanks Jack)

20. New Hampshire again. Telephones in New Hampshire again. Targeted Democrats at election again.

The Republican Party and the ravenous monsters that need their power never cease.

And they return to the scene of their own previous crimes.

Past is always prologue.

There will be no investigation. Again.

It's because you're so ****ing easy to DUpe.

22. "How to rig an election" by Allen Raymond - good read

Raymond really comes off as naive but there is no mistaking that Rove set him up and let him fall. Raymond did 4 months in jail for the 2002 phone jamming operation.

All hail the mighty Rove.

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

Pay your damn telephone bill.

What did you think that was........a tax notice.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

When I was growing up in NH, if Democrats lost phone service, that would mean that 4 people would be with out a phone.  Now, all those libs from MA that moved to NH to escape the high taxes in MA and have tried to create the same little nirvana in the Granite State.

Maybe the current sane residents of the "Live Free or Die" state can send the wana be socialists back to the shadows.
You see, I don't care you how feel.  I really don't.  More importantly, neither does anyone else.  Only about 200 people on a planet of 7 billion actually care about your feelings, and that's if you're lucky.  The sooner you grasp this lesson, the better off you will be.  And since almost no one gives a damn what you do, say, think, or feel, appealing to your feelings when you encounter differences of opinion is not only illogical, but useless.
