Is he recycling his speeches?  Is TOTUS stuck on repeat?

I'm about 120% positive I've heard that lame "joke" about the sky being blue before.

He repeated the D/R joke so many times, it's got it's own thread here.  Look at John McCain... I think his repetiore of funny jokes is seven and we heard all of them. 

I think writers and people who speak regularly re-use the same jokes.  David Letterman's been getting by on the same material since 1997.
