With all the "security warnings" this is a question that has to be asked.

Yep, the founding fathers made a big mistake with that one.  They meant only that the federal government would have the right to regulate items that crossed between states.  Modern statists have stretched it to a point that is far beyond absurdity.

Risk isn't mentioned in the Constitution.  Neither are Monopoly, Chess, Checkers, or Backgammon.  However Life is, in the 5th Amendment.
