Raisin' 'em right
« on: September 25, 2010, 09:03:03 PM »
Giving 6-year old bunnlet a bath.

Out of the usual watermelon scented hair conditioner.

"Just use the tea tree mint conditioner," I'm instructed.

"What is that? Made out of recycled hippy oil?" I ask.

"What's a hippy?" the bunnlet queries.

"Someone who believes in peace, love and happiness," I answer.

At which the bunnlet offers this rejoinder.

"Then hippies are stupid."

I've never been so proud.

Amazingly ironic that you talk about that specific shampoo. I can guarantee I am not a hippy, but I must say I use a tea tree mint conditioner because my scalp behaves so unbelievably bad if I use anything else. I've tried Keracare, Scalpacin, Selsun Blue, Head and Shoulder (POS stuff). If I hadn't found the stuff I use now, I's have probably gone psycho from how bad my scalp hurt. I still have no idea whats in the shampoo I use now that makes it work, but I swear by it.

Just out of curiosity, has the little bunlet been practicing for the ptarmigan/rabbit wars by drowning rubber duckies?  :fuelfire:

I have heard amazing things about it also -- will have to try it myself.

Because the story about your awesomely cute bunlet mentioned said bunlet likes tea tree oil conditioner.

And what is the brand name of bunlet's shampoo and conditioner?
