I don't imagine any team's fans coming in would help Irving's economy anymore...unless it was the Old Mexico Cucarachas or something.

Las Colinas is their cash cow, I would imagine.

Not sure.

I'll give them a fair bit of credit for their draft, Mike. Okung, Thomas, and Golden Tate? (Who I think will be starting very soon, actually) I think they've made some moves to put them just over .500. Plus, they acquired DE Raheem Brock. Guy's not bad.

I did notice that. Mark my words: He's going to crumple up before season's end. Injured beyond repair, or a totally crappy season that has everyone talking, and me ecstatic.

Watch it happen...

I have that feeling too, that he wont make it through the season.  But I need to see another game or two.

Looks like MIA wins over BUF
Looks like NE wins over CIN
ATL and PIT are tied at 9 with 1:40 to go in the 4th
TB up on CLE by 3 with 44 seconds in the 4th
NYG up on CAR by 15 with just under half of the 4th to go
CHI up by 5 on DET with 1:32 to go in the 4th
HOU beating IND by 17 with 1:56 to go in the 4th
DEN and JAX tied at 17 with over 11 minutes to go in the 4th

Couple of thoughts so far:

  • Megatron (Calvin Johnson) got absolutely ROBBED!
  • Loved the Texans upsetting the Colts! Made my day.
  • I hate to say I told some of you about Seattle, but... :-)
  • SCREW Mike McCarthy. Packers win IN SPITE of him. His mantra of going to the prevent defense at the end of games (and costing us a few) is just BONEHEAD
  • When did we get that new reputation thing? Today? Haven't seen it before. Nice.
  • And just to let all of you know, I'll not be on for the majority of Sundays from now until Februrary. It's football season. ;)

Now it's time for me to settle in, and watch the Redskins take on the 'Boys.

Jets came into the season as I feared they would, thinking they didn`t need an offense as no one would score on them...wrong.

Take note everyone, lose the opening game you don`t play in the last one, very few exceptions to that rule.

More bad news for the Jets. Their offense may have been deplorable last night, but their defense just took a HUGE hit! DT Kris Jenkins is about to go on the IR with a complete ACL tear. Ouch.

There goes the QB pressure.

Looks like KC's draft picks are going to pan out with Berry and McCluster. Crennel finally has the talent on D playing lights out.

Return by McCluster last night was stupendous.

I actually have him on one of my fantasy rosters, but didn't start him, because all the "experts" said he'd be out with illness.

Now he may warm the bench in three days time. Hmmm...

I'm personally just hoping that Clay Matthews is back for the game against the Fins. We're so depleted by injury this year, we need all the help we can get. It's lucky A-Rod is feeling better/practicing too. Flynn isn't bad, but he's no #12.

The Redskins would not have come back and won that game if CM hadn't been injured -- he's a beast! McNabb was running for his life before he went out with the hamstring injury.
