I am watching Nemo with my two year old neighbor, Brendan... the movie just started and I took him upstairs to the media room where its dark and the couch is really comfy.. the beginning part of the movie has that little flying robot and the sound comes up reallybig and lush and the robot guy is tipping a cow toy upside down.

a thunderous herd of cows just trampled thru the room (surround sound. )

he keeps yelling.. "whoa!" every few seconds..

toddlers are funny...

Well, it's not morning here, anymore.  

Ran a couple errands this morning.  Getting ready to go give the mangy pup a bath...she really needs to go to the groomer's but that's not in the budget atm.

Other than that, just hanging out with the kiddos.

Watching my baby girl grow up.  She is saying mama more now and getting quite the temper. Have no idea where she gets this from.    I am putting off laundry but we are running out of clean clothes so I might as well. Public nudity is still frowned upon, even in Commiefornia.

oh i cant WAIT to get going in the yard..! we have been raking and fertilizing and trying to decide what flowers we want this year.. i am scaling way back on the potted plants. we want to invest in bushes this year.. something that will last more than just summer.

before that i need to sort toys and household stuff for a neighborhood garage sale.. ugh..

i saw a little red hummingbird out at one of our feeders yesterday .. i guess spring is definitely here, but we still had some snow around seattle last night.

i'm soooo ready for sun... we had no summer last year and I am, for the first time since we moved here, really tired of the rain. i usually find it cozy but this year i need some light and some warmth for a while. i am so happy its on its way.
