No need to be sorry. But I wouldn't have expected you, Soleil, to enjoy this bit of news, although the mindset that allows itself to be spat on again and again without finally reciprocating the feeling is incomprehensible to me. Can you understand, though, that a good number of us have gone waaaaaaay beyond wanting Islamic terrorism stopped in our thinking; we've seen, day in and day out, how, adherents of Islam--here, in the United States--demonstrate contempt and utter intolerance for our culture and other religions' traditions and values, and we have long passed the point where we hate them right back. We want them to feel what it's like.
You can't possibly believe that the GZ mosque is anything but a deliberate act of provocation and a continuation of general Islamic conquest. It is, simply put, jihad. I don't believe you're so credulous as to believe otherwise. That, and stuff like this:

have pushed many of us past the breaking point, and you may take it for granted that I, at least, bear Islam not some passionless desire to see its radical spread halted, but malice at least equal to the malice it bears the entire Judaeo-Christian ethic. I am pleased, now, when I hear of harm to anything related to Islam, and considering how Islam has hated, defiled, and killed the rest of us for centuries, I say that that is NORMAL. We're not Vulcans.
