EXCLUSIVE: 'Fuming' Lindsay Lohan Wants Apology From Courts, Source Says

According to Lindsay Lohan’s latest medical report from UCLA, the actress was not addicted to cocaine as once suspected.

Instead, it is believed she was misdiagnosed as having Attention Deficit Disorder and given the prescription drug Adderall, which may be to blame for triggering her often bizarre behavior.

Now Lohan apparently wants some form of apology or compensation from the courts.

“Lindsay is fuming – she is really upset that the courts put her through all this,” a source close to the 24-year-old told Pop Tarts, referring to Lohan's incarceration for violating terms of her probation for a 2007 DUI, and subsequent court-ordered rehab.

The insider said Lohan’s camp was “exploring its options.” But just in case you’re thinking about it, Linds, legal action against the courts is probably out of the question.

There can be a BIG difference between being addicted to cocaine and abusing it. Just because a person drinks a gallon of alcohol a day does not necessarily make them an alcoholic. Likewise, I personally know avowed alcoholics that have NOT touched any alcohol in over 20 years - yet they KNOW they are an alcoholic.

This is a woman who since birth been allowed to do any damn thing she wants.    Adults came to her rescue her from bad decisions and protected her with excuses and reasons for her actions.

Today the parents that allowed her to become a monster are on their knees begging the courts to punish her before she kills herself.

Remember the Feak Shows of the past, it allowed people that were very different to make a living and live with some kind of fame. Some made big time bucks just by being different from others.

I know, Sparky. It does get to me sometimes, but at the end of the day, this is where I grew up. It's my home, man. I wouldn't feel right anywhere else.

I hear ya--sort of.  I mean I was born there too (Good Samaritan), spent a few of my younger years in what is now considered "the hood" (think 67th and Arlington, and my mother graduated from Washington HS), but even when I came back after moving around as a older kid/teenager and then in the Navy, it wasn't the LA I left.  Not even close.

I identify with country and simple people more than I do the pretentious assholes who infest SoCal these days.  Yeah, there's assholes here, but try to go up to someone in a store or sitting at the bar and strike up a conversation in LA versus here.  World of difference, let me tell you.

Traffic jams?  Yeah, mostly on I-95, but only on weekends.  And I can get around those easily enough.

Trust me, it comes to a point where, "I was born here and wouldn't feel right anywhere else" is no longer a valid excuse.
