Holy cow! I wouldn't know what to do if I had a brother that was that far separated from reality!

Euthanasia comes to mind!

BEG, some men never out grow the sense of humor that they had when they were 12-13 years old.

There are times when my sons will for some reason think it a good idea to poke me with some cockamamie idea that they know will turn me inside out.

Grown men with family's and responsibilities will at times cause their friends to hyperventilate when they want to see the look on a friends face when they, say, put a rubber snake in their work boots.

Drugs most of the time have nothing to do with some of the crazy things ----And I admit some of the stuff I have seen in my time was very incomprehensible to this Female.

Years and years ago I worked day shift at a tavern outside the gate of a naval base and one afternoon was asked to work a Chiefs Initiation.

Let me tell you my dear, there is no limit that men will not go for to have a good laugh at others expense.

How old did you say your brother is, perhaps he still is just a little brother that likes to STILL poke his sister to get a responce, for good or bad, did he ever put a rubber spider under your pillow when you were kids.???

I was speaking of the idiot listening to liberal talk show hosts. You ever listen to these asshats? Bill Maher is as un-American as it gets. If it were up to me, I'd pull a Stalin on him!
I'm the guy your mother warned you about!

I used to watch him....it was a good chuckle. He had 3 panelists on, and they were at least a mix of consevative, liberal and independent.

It seemed though, after the election, he became even more weird....too weird to tolerate. Even his panelists are to the extremes. To just call them "liberal" is not enough....sometimes "weird" is not enough either.

I haven't watched him in quite some time.
Just hand over the chocolate...back away slowly...far away....and you won't get hurt....

Save the Earth... it's the only planet with chocolate.

"My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what I start. So far I've finished two bags of M&M's and a chocolate cake. I feel better already." – Dave Barry

A balanced diet is chocolate in both hands.

I quit watching him shortly after he moved from Comedy Central to ABC . It was there that his leftiness really took off.

He is 49 and he didn't mean it as a joke.  He was serious and thought there was nothing wrong with it.  He wasn't a jokester when we were young.  He has always been "off" and it is not intentional on his part.  He thinks differently than other people, even differently than our other brother who died, he was a liberal too but not weird like my brother I'm talking about here.

Hmmm... My Dad's death was a celebration, so a rubbing of his headstone would be very cool to the family.

When he died we gave my uncle (the man who gave my father a kidney, and me a father for 20 more years, and who was the best man in my wedding) my father's medical alert bracelets and neclace. It was THE most emotional time for me - way more than my father's funeral.

Point being, for us it would be cool. Hell, I'd frame it as somewhat of an Ansel Adams' art piece. So I guess it all depends on how your Mom feels about things...

yep morbid!!! But like you said BEG, he's not aware of being over the line and clearly that's a pattern with him.

No way I would want such a thing!!! I can't imagine any mother wanting that.

Yeah that isn't my Mom.

After my brother died my Mom went to my brothers house in MN to find his baby book.  His wife gave my Mom his glasses, my Mom gave them to me.  Sometimes I take them out just to remember what they look like.  Back when we were kids the school thought I needed glasses.  My mom took me and by chance took my brother to get our eyes checked.  Mine were fine  but my brothers were terrible.  I remember being in the car when he first got his glasses.  He was shocked at how clear the leaves were on the tree and how crisp the colors were.  I remember that day like it was yesterday.   :(

I have a photo-copy of the ID necklace... My Aunt did it for me. If I ever get around to not being such a wuss, it'll be a tattoo... 11 years and it's still sitting in my desk...
