Having watched Bourdain's show I always get the impression he doesn't like America much.

Thanks!  I had seen that before.  One of my favorite episodes for sure.  I especially loved it when Uncle Ted takes everyone shooting.  What an awesome thing he does for the vets, consistently, without praise.

Bourdain is wrong. Ted is NOT an environmentalist . He is however a conservationist. There is a huge difference. Most likely something Bordain wouldn't understand.
