My afternoon visitors....

Looked out the kitchen window a bit ago and saw my visitors.....by the time I got my camera, they had moved a little farther away....(please excuse the backflash...I tried to eliminate it as much as possible)


"You lookin' at me?" This is our little spike buck with the funky antlers....he hung around with the little does most of the summer. I think he has a complex about his antler... :uhsure:



I took this through the front door and got a lot of backflash and couldn't get it any better. This one was right in front of my kitchen window when I first saw him....



Not concerned about anything but finding fresh shoots of green....(taken out the bathroom window)



Outta here!

It looked like you live in a beautiful area.  I'm jealous.  I am also jealous of your brick floor.

We are surrounded by woods...which is great for privacy .... and spiders.

You would hate the floor BEG, it makes things dusty very quickly. We've sealed it, but we need to seal it again...which is a royal pain in the tush.

Mmmmmmmmm...venison jerky.

And I haven't seen too many turkeys around my house lately, although I've seen the tracks.  Guess the dog has to get me up earlier.

Haven't seen any of the 19 turkeys we had all summer.....I would venture a guess that they all ended up on someone's table.  :uhsure:

Those are two of the four bucks that wander around here. M saw another one yesterday. We have also seen the other one since the hunter came through.....

Gee....wonder which buck it was the hunter hit....certainly not any of the four we've seen.... :uhsure:
