Brad Edwards' BCS Bowl Projections

The actual Bowl selections don't come out til later so this will give us something to talk about then assuming he knows what he is talking about. He says the Fiesta Bowl is the most difficult to predict but thinks they will go with two undefeated teams. Anyways it's a video here is what he came up with.

National Championship Alabama vs Texas
Rose Bowl Ohio State vs Oregon
Fiesta Bowl TCU vs Boise State
Orange Bowl Georgia Tech vs Iowa
Sugar Bowl Florida vs Cincinnati

1. I don't know

I think one of these bowls is going to want a David and Goliath matchup, putting BSU or TCU against a REAL big time football school..

2. With Texas going to the NC it frees up that automatic bid for an at-large one so they can pick two from there. ACC goes to Orange Bowl and the Big East Winner has to go somewhere so in this case it looks like the Sugar Bowl. Anyways I think if it turns out this way those are all interesting matchups but like he said the Fiesta Bowl is the difficult one for him to predict.

The condom pirmitive, whom one suspects, rightly or wrongly, is the driven-away cboy4 primitive under a new monicker:

3. Agree 100%, Upton.

Why would the Fiesta want two unproven mid-majors. It's about $$$. These two squads will not draw a crowd or TV ratings.

4. I'd watch

Besides Alabama beating Florida, Boise St is the only one to beat one of those other teams list in the OP and that's Oregon. I'm actually more interested in TCU vs Boise St then Alabama vs Texas but that's just me. I could care less about the Rose Bowl. I hate Oregon and don't like Ohio State (bitterness)

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
