There is a lot of concern at the DUmp that the purchase of NBC by Comcast could threaten Keef and the carpetmuncher.
They fear Comcast will want TV shows to have audiences, something MSNBC does not have.

I was just reading several blogs and saw this great diary from Icebergslim, (good to see you) and I noticed the back and forth about Olbermann and Obama.
While surfing the blogs related to this, I was alarmed by this story on Huffington Post
about the Comcast takeover of NBC and by that I also mean, progressive television on MSNBC.
So you are thinking "Comcast, so what?"
Well, there have been diaries here about Comcast removing MSNBC from the regular cable line up - in favor of Golf TV or Food Network or for whatever is not the outlet for our progressive voices.
Blah, blah, blah.....
If you don't want to see the progressive voices on MSNBC silenced, then join the 'no merger' petition

A petition on DUmmy barbtries's Facebook page should stop Comcast in its tracks.

2. IN my area msnbc has been a premium for the last few years.
Maybe that explains why the people watching Keef and The Munch would fit in a basketball arena.

4. Signed, K & R, but.........this problem is so big a petition wont do much.
We need anti-trust legislation. Without it we are fighting the capitalist elitist with petitions.
If you notice there apparently no rich liberals willing to buy a network. Maybe their heart isnt
really into the liberal cause.
