Leave it to a fake newspaper, to write one of the most truthful articles ive read in a long time.Bravo,http://www.theonion.com/content/news/area_man_passionate_defender_of
Why do liberals choose to get their 'news' from comedy? I have seen more liberals quote articles from Jon Stewart than I have from MSNBC (which is a liberal haven).Wonder why that is? Can't deal with the real deal?KC
Thats the funny thing about it. If you "parody" something it often allows you to speak more truth about that issue. Thats why Stewart and The Onion are so great. They dont have to worry about being PC and offending advertisers or managment, because people think of them as a parody show or in The Onion's case newspaper. Why dont you ask Tucker Carlson or Jim Kreamer if they think The Daily Show is a "fake" news show.
"Dad's great, but listening to all that talk radio has put some weird ideas into his head," said daughter Samantha, a freshman at Reed College in Portland, OR. "He believes the Constitution allows the government to torture people and ban gay marriage, yet he doesn't even know that it guarantees universal health care."
