The guys who won Florida were Elian Gonzalez and that ICE agent in the startrooper outfit,
sent in by Chelsea's dad (Janet Reno).

That one photograph swayed thousands of Cuban-American votes, and offset the western
panhandle Republicans who were discouraged from voting when the  MSM told them Gore had
won the election and their votes didn't matter.

You should not call our new moonbat, DUmmy Lleu, a clueless ****ing moron. There are some
clueless morons who are otherwise decent and civilized people. Our new moonbat, DUmmy Lleu,
is simply a DUmmy. When someone is a DUmmy, the clueless ****ing moron part goes without
saying.

  • Where are you going? I was gonna make espresso!
Wait.. are you not denying that Bush stole the election?  Cause he did.  Idc if Gore did lose his home state.  He should have won Florida.  And would have had SCOTUS not shut down the recount.

Oh, Christ on a cracker, here we go again....

Dear DUmmie,

You **ARE** aware that every single recount gave FL to Bush?  That even the very liberal Miami Herald's own count gave the state to Bush?  That Bush would likely have won FL by in excess of 10K votes had the MSM not screwed the pooch and declared Gore the winner in FL BEFORE THE POLLS EVEN CLOSED IN THE PANHANDLE???

It's also in another time zone, which is why the media tried to call the state for Gore early, before the polls in the panhandle had closed. They wanted to discourage all those people from voting (mostly for Bush of course) and tip the outcome in Gore's favor. It almost worked.

Or if the recount was allowed to take place.  SCOTUS decided for Florida that it would not be able to complete the recount in time thus handing the presidency to Bush.

SCOTUS new what they were doing was wrong.  Why else would they explicitly say in the decision that it set no precedent and was never to used to argue another case.

Look, all I'm saying is that SCOTUS took away the peoples choice.  Had the recount happened and Bush still won, fine.  Had SCOTUS ruled in favor of Gore I'd be just as upset with them as I am that they ruled for Bush.  I just wish that they would have stayed the hell out of it.

Evidently you are a product of the public school system. (1.) the recount was void when Gore chose to be selective as to the counties he wanted the recount to take place in. (2.) A statewide recount of election results, after the debate was rightly ended by the USSC, conducted by the NY Times and the LA Times showed that Bush still won the election despite wholesale fraud by ACORN in Broward County
(3.) The USSC did not rule for Bush, it ruled against the governor of Florida (a Democrat) and the Florida State Supreme Court (the majority ruling coming from Democrat appointees) in abrogating the written law enacted by the Florida legislature. The USSC told the State of Florida that it had to follow the law as enacted, not how the State wanted it to be.

One small correction.  The Gov was Jeb Bush a Republican,  but the Florida court decision was 6-3 based on the party affiliation of the justices.

Yep the facts of what happened,SCOTUS vacating a Florida ruling and then the Florida court thumbing its nose at that is what resulted in the final SCOTUS action.

That is inconvenient to the desire to feel oppressed and cheated so it is ignored.

I wish the USSC would have stayed out of the abortion case, and left it to the states also.
