I just caught Howard Dean on Fox News Sunday.  His excuse?  "Jones didn't know what he was signing.  Someone shoved a clipboard in his face and asked for his signature."

Dean must be the dumbest man on earth.

That's an excuse a child gives when caught in the act. Any adult that signs anything without reading it deserves the consequenses. Besides he had to know where he was and what the subjects were while attending any kind of rally that had 9/11 truthers there.

Jones is a graduate of Yale Law School, after all.  Up at Yale they don't teach you about reading the things you sign and keeping a copy, etc., like they do at most other Law Schools.

Glenn Beck statement on resignation of Van Jones

The American people stood up and demanded answers. Instead of providing them, the Administration had Jones resign under cover of darkness. I continue to be amazed by the power of everyday Americans to initiate change in our government through honest questioning, and judging by the other radicals in the administration, I expect that questioning to continue for the foreseeable future.

Dean's father, Howard was a very conservative Democrat and a hardworking successful businessman. I knew him from my childhood, and I am positive his son's words and behavior would embarrass the hell out of him.
