I had this idea yesterday for a cake....

I made a lemon pudding cake, with fresh blueberries, fresh lemon juice, pulp and grated zest in it. Did it in a bundt pan.

When it came out of the pan, I poured the melted lemon curd on it, then a lemon/butter/powdered sugar glaze over the top of it.

It was incredible ....if I do say so myself!  :drool: The other three who ate it thought so too.  :-)



I'm just going to sit and think about this yummy goodness just posted here..mmmmm..lemon...cake..blueberries...mmmmmm

Still no microwave.  I used to think it would be cool to live like pioneers for a while.  I have since decided that my family would starve to death if they waited for me to cook using a fire.

I only have to make it until tomorrow.  I already have one picked out I am just waiting for the paycheck to be deposited.
