We lowered the price on the house on Thursday and yesterday someone put in an offer. We countered and they accepted with one demand, that we give them the refrigerator (as well as other things we intended on leaving anyway, like the window treatments, speakers both inside and out, rug in the family room and drafting table in the study, etc). We agreed. It was about 8:00 pm when we finally agreed on the amount and since this is a relocation we have to go through a relo company so it wont be set in stone until Monday and even then it could all fall apart again if something goes wrong so I don't want to say it is sold until the appraisal and inspection are done. They want to close on July 17th.
