I watched a documentary about sex changes once (well I have seen more than one because I have a sick fascination with the procedure).  When girls become guys they either just use their testosterone elongated clit as a penis or have a doctor fabricated one sewn on.  With the doctor fabricated one they start out normal sized and sometimes the blood will actually circulate to the end.  More often than not the end dies and the doctor has to cut it down and down until it can supply enough blood to keep it alive.  I have no idea why anyone would go through that.  Is having a dick that important to someone who wasn't born with one?  It is almost as bad as trying to attach a third arm to your back just for show.
