Does anybody remember this, from about the first week or two of conservativecave?
It was something originally on Skins's island, but actually it's a pretty good test of political ideology.
Political ideology in the professional scientific sense of the term, not in the primitive sense of the term.
The primitives, who think of themselves as "non-fringe," showed up way over at the deep end, the bottom corner, of the green square, while many here, who imagine ourselves "conservative," were barely inside the blue or purple squares.
It shows how far out of whack our ideas of political ideology are; despite that I myself vigorously support the war against terror, including the liberation of Afghanistan and Iraq, am staunchly pro-life, think that lowering taxes and cutting spending are the best ways of governance, am a good friend of the Second Amendment, against health care "reform," a strong defender of religion and free speech, &c., &c., &c., I came up as above.
Middle of the road; moderate.
Face it, folks; WE are the middle of the road, and the primitives are extreme far left-wing.
Anyway.
The source of this test of ideology is somewhere here on conservativecave, and I'd like to post and "sticky" it in the DUmping Ground (not the DUmpster, but the DUmping Ground) permanently, so it's easier to find.
Anybody have that link?
