It's very funny for what it is, which, I assume, it is meant to be.  I cannot imagine a 90 second commercial though.  That's very expensive advertising.

I would buy stuff from them simply because they entertained me for 90 seconds.  Plus, I never know if my furniture is for black or white people.  When you have a store that caters to both blacks and whites then it is much easier to match things up. :-)

What's the going price for worn out front porch couches these days and does WAL-MART have replacement seat covers for a '56 ford sedan front seat porch seat? I'm fix'n up the place.

My grandmother had one of those on her front porch in Houston.  It was in good shape and it was resting on bricks (I think).  She had a iron coffee table in front of it with flowers and an ashtray, and an end table with a big oil lamp.  It was really very nice.  There were two wooden rocking chairs, too.  I soooooooooo remember the family sitting out on that porch on hot Houston nights.  I use to love listening to the adults talk.

When I was young, we had a regular sofa on our porch, but it was also screened in and we would take a portable TV out sometimes in the summer. We didn't have AC back in the early 70's.

Once in a while I see someone watching TV outside in my city.

But, it's mostly the smokers that don't light up inside.

I love being outside at night, just finished up a quick one mile walk, in the breeze comming from the desert.

When I lived in Raleigh, our house had a fenced-in deck around the front.  People had dragged a sofa, a bench swing, and a couple other chairs out there over time.  It was always amusing to watch the human traffic around NCSU and on our little street.

While living in Moline, IL I used to enjoy sitting on the front porch enjoying the smell of the second hand marijuana smoke coming from the neighbors house.
