Tonight I'm driving to rehearsal (40 miles one-way) where I'll get to exercise The Howitzer for awhile.

Is that what the kids are calling it these days?

You get a pass because you don't know.

This is one of my weapons:

And this is The Howitzer:

It has been known to decimate entire viola sections and wreak substantial havoc on the back third of cello sections.

That is all.

Meh.  Maybe I will stare at the walls for a few days.  Christ, I just got done living out of a suitcase for a month.

Window shopping and getting stuff ready for spring planting season isn't a bad way to kill a couple extra days.  I'm thinking tomatoes, jalapenos, an herb garden, and a few more strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry bushes would be nice come summertime.
Sounds good, I grew jalapenos last year and they did really well, very tasty. If you are growing stuff from seed then you'll have time to sow and label everything and get really organised for spring.

Spring break started for me today. Of course, I have a fun filled week of sitting at home working on a research paper, read 10 chapters in my world civ book and a photography project that I have no idea how I'm going to actually pull it off.

I lead a boring life...

Shooting portraits. Only problem is, all my friends are in Seattle.

You could come shoot pics of me and my cohorts gettin' drunk & rowdy at the St. Pat's parade on Saturday ;)

I'd probably be way too hammered myself.

Speaking of which, I've got to figure out where I'm going for St. Paddys Day.

Hmm, tempting offer. But no. I've already got enough of a problem trying to lose this weight. Thanks though.

Well, yes and no.  Remember, I'm in New Hampshire, where we have a whole six weeks of crappy skiing weather each year.  I've only lived here 3 years and I've seen frosts in May two of those years.  And then the house is buttoned up and heater running again by October if you're lucky.

You don't want to see my property right now.  Not pretty if you're a beach creature.
