Thank you for the correction, but there is usually some truth in stereotypes, is there not? From the news I've seen from over there it almost seems that the Muslims are a protected class.
Was Gert Wilder banned from entering England based on hate speech, or was it fear of the violent repercussions of him speaking?
Gert Wilders was specifically banned by the government because one of it's own politicians (Lord Ahmed - a Labour appointee in the House of Lords) threatened to get 10 thousand muslims on the streets to protest so instead of slapping down one of their own, Labour went for the easy option. Of course Lord Ahmed's recent conviction for a driving offence in which someone died means that he is currently in jail, though he was awaiting sentencing at the time of the proposed visit.
As to muslims being a protected class, well we have the tag end of a failing a left wing government in power and they see the muslim vote as being a reliable one so that and political correctness means that many people feel that they get a pass. But as the extracts I posted show, once a case gets in front of a jury things are different. Anyway, speaking of protected classes, would Obama be President if he had been white with the same accomplishments?
