I'm pretty sure you will never find me in your mother's basement. I will guarantee you however that next time I find you digging through my garbage cans I just might take a pot-shot at your fat ass from 100 yards.

Dawggie must be a sockpuppet to TominTib over there. No one could be that stupid to believe that he could stop anyone form using a gun. The odds are against it that he would find someone that would just stand there and let him get away without so much as a scratch. Even Bruce Lee knew better then that.

Actually it is estimated that a person with a knife could be on you before you were able to draw your weapon and fire. I don't know if it's true, there have been many simulations made. I suppose it depends on the distance between the two people involved and how fast you are on the draw.

I read somewhere that most confrontations take place at 21 feet or less(7yds), it would not take long for an attacker to close that distance.
