I had a really fun experience tonight.

When we brought the puppy home we gave her a bath and it was kind of traumatic for her.  That was one month, 11 pounds and six inches of growth ago.

I coaxed her into the bathtub tonight with milk bones and she went absolutely bonkers!  Was "chewing" on the water stream from the bog glass and splashing water everywhere with her front paws! She even tucked her head under the water a bunch of times and tried tunneling through it. Of course she came up harking from all the water she swallowed but it didn't slow her down in the least.

Our old big dog always hated baths and water.  I can't wait for this summer to get Pepper down to the lake!
She's going to be a helluva retriever. :)

healthy as hosting dinner parties, but it's much better than vegging out in front of the TV every night.
