We're having wicked storms in the area again this afternoon. We're under a tornado watch until 6...temp's up to 64....snow fllurries tomorrow.  :badmood:

I got home before they started here.

Met a client and we went and looked at a foreclosure for her (she changed her mind when I pointed out a few very expensive issues), she went with me on a driveby and an interior shoot on a foreclosure. Then we went to a Mexican restaurant for lunch. I'm stuffed.....

My Buyers' offer from yesterday was countered....my Buyers' are going up a bit....but probably not enough.
Guess we'll be back looking this weekend.....

Dumb sellers...they would make $300,000 over what their original loan amount with my Buyers' offer. In this horrendous market....they would rather lose a buyer than lose $50k ....but then again the seller is a BANKER.... :thatsright:

Well I'm back from my 3 hour lunch (part of that time was driving).  We ate at Breadwinner's at Inwood Village and it was delicious.  I had a Pear & Gorgonzola salad with half of a California Turkey Club sandwich.  I'm eating my desert that I brought home right now, carrot cake.   I bet you all are so jealous.  :p

I so could get use to this.   :-)

does this involve avocado?  if so I had the same sammie for lunch today from corner bakery :)  yumm-o!

Yes.....well technically guacamole.  Did yours have bacon too?  I normally don't like bacon "in" things unless it is a BLT (with avocado by the way, it has to have avocado), but it was really good.

I love avocados!

We have a place here called Mimi's.....went there last Saturday for lunch and had a sandwich with albacore tuna mixed with mayonnaise, topped with melted cheddar, sliced tomato and avocado, shredded lettuce on thick homemade rye bread. Oh yum!!! :drool:

Had fajitas for lunch and have stuffed porkchops in the oven for dinner. I am so not hungry, but felt guilty when M said he had a Mickey D's double cheeseburger.  :whatever:
