I'll have to go with USC over Penn State. Although I'm a big fan of JoPa, I think the Nittany Lions have been overrated all year. Georgia's an odd duck. Certain days they can beat the New York Giants, others they can lose to the local high school's JV team. I'm going out on a limb and picking the Spartans. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to go against the rankings and pick VaTech over Cincy. Who knows.....I could be wrong on all 3 counts.
