Murtha's letting his mouth get ahead of his brains a lot lately.  Seems like I heard a sound bite from him just yesterday, saying that there was "no *******ed was he was going to lose his seat" in the house.

Sounds like a challenge.  Depending on which poll you look at, he's either up by 4 or down by 8 percentage points.  His opponent had to get past the PRIMARY election ballot as a WRITE-IN candidate, due to some Obama-esque ballot shinanigans pulled by ****head John.

D'ya s'pose I'll have moonbats come up to spit on me when I dance down the streets of PR Boulder with a "Ding, Dong the Bastard's Gone" sign, come November 5th?  I do so hope they'll try.  :evillaugh:

All things considered ,having the Dems lose Murtha the MoFo would still be sweet if nothing else happenes come Nov 4TH that would be one less toward their hopes for a majority.

I was proud to have contributed to LTC Russell's campaign. He ain't in my district, but that doesn't matter. Murtha's got to go - that's the bottom line.

Murtha and his pork, earmarks, and other "stuff" he's brought his district over the years makes him a very popular guy, irrespective of his political leanings.

Your average Joe doesn't care terribly much about politics, as long as the money flows in from the feds.

But this is the same kind of mindset that thinks it's cool to get an income tax REFUND. Gummint gets a free loan, but Mr. & Mrs. Sheeple are tickled pink because of the money they get back that's been theirs the whole time.
