Homophobic hate crime (Prop. 8-related) in California

A Torrance man has been charged with a felony hate crime assault for allegedly using an anti-gay marriage "Yes on Prop. 8" lawn sign to attack a gay man wearing a "No on 8" button.

Prosecutor Janet Wilson says 23-year-old Joseph Storm and the 22-year-old victim got into a squabble early Sunday on a Torrance street.

The prosecutor says it's unclear if the dispute centered on same-sex marriage ban Proposition 8. Storm told investigators he was angry because the man had tossed the pro-proposition sign into the street and was littering.

Wilson says Storm allegedly used the "Yes on Prop. 8" lawn sign to knock down the victim, who was then punched and choked while Storm allegedly uttered a homosexual slur.

Ok, This isn't written well but it looks like the homo threw this guys sign in the street and there was a fight.  Maybe I'm misunderstanding.  I brought this post over because this one is attached to it and it is too good to pass up;

3. Locally I had the chance to tell a fan of yes something that left her floored

"How can you vote for this?"

Civil rights

What about the children? (It is always about the children isn't it?)

Yep, it is about TEHIR civil rights too....

She just stood there not knowing what else to tell me. Lips were moving, but no noise from them

Of course I had the young mother at a local 911

I bought an Obama cup

You are going to vote for the ******? (Yes I was ahem surprised she used the actual term)

Yes and I am happy to see you are raising your children to be classic American Racists... (Towing along two young kids)

The people in the 9.11 broke into applause, she dropped what she had and left

Mind you that happened in a pretty red area of this red area of So-Cal... it is a very RED area.

When did 7-11 become 9-11?

I was wondering what it was talking about Frank .... I didn't even think of 7-11.  We don't have those where I live but I have seen them before.

Probably a lib thing.  They want to stay open from 9am to 11am but get paid like they were there from 7am to 11pm.

The packers and the munchers always want thieir perversion to be about "civil rights" they have worked very hard to get  the "civil rights" bona fide, problem is nobody is buying it. They want everyone to think that they were down for the struggle and should somehow be allowed to share the podium with Martin Luther King, what a sick twisted ideology. I hope they get pounded into the ground on November 4th.

When did 7-11 become 9-11?

There's never been ANY difference between the two, which is why they expect immediate troop withdrawals on November 4.  November 5 is when they plan to start naming US base closures.
