I think letting it burn to the ground is a better option.  Then pour salt on the foundations.  Make sure anyone who thinks investing in this kind of scam is a good idea realize, it really really isn't.

I am leaning to the "do nothing" option and let the market correct itself. Better yet, I am leaning toward giving Congress a 4 year paid vacation.

I have been watching Fox all day, they reported that Chucky Schumer had a hissy fit, and that everybody's Blacberries were confiscated..  :lmao:

so much for transpency.  And then nine Democrats showed up for the negotiations, only two were supposed to show up but nine did, against the two Republicans.. And Nancy Pelose called  some of the Republicans unpatriotic..

Quote
Republicans, for their part, say it’s time for Democrats to acknowledge that they run Congress.

 :evillaugh:

Republicans, on the other hand, need to acknowledge that for too long they have stood by on the sidelines like cowards and let the democrats propose and then railroad through socialist "equality of outcome" schemes such as the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac debacle with nary a whimper of protest, if they now wish to claim any kind of footing on the moral high ground in this mess.

Without that "come to Jesus" moment on their part, I hold them JUST AS CULPABLE as the Democrat cockroaches like Dodd, Reid and Obama who've been profiting from this mess.

Amen... And when they had both Houses of Congress as well as the WH a few years back, they sure didn't step up and lead like they should have.  They could have corrected the FF/FM issue then if they really wanted to.

You should run for office. Things might actually get done in DC then.

If they're all a-twitter over Palin, imagine the scandal my pantie pics would create. I believe they call that a self-creating scandal.  :uhsure:
