I would not buy an EV of any brand, and good riddance to that government subsidy of EVs. That said,AvSchmoe's post is unsurprisingly stupid. Tesla owners own their cars and can sell or trade them in as used cars, just like any gas- or diesel-powered car.

Hey DUchebag DUmbass aviation POS? Musk's net worth just topped $500 billion.

Also if I were to ever buy an EV, spoiler alert I am, it would be a Tesla because it ha million of times more road miles that all other brands. It is at the top of it game compared to any other EV.

He wouldn't buy a Tesla because Musk is now evil. But with Rivian, Polestar, and Lucid "out there" he probably can't afford to buy whichever of those that are not in bankruptcy.
