1. The Zelensky-is-corrupt narrative - e.g. the ludicrous claim that he has two yachts on the Black Sea - is BS. The claims that Ukraine is the most corrupt nation on Earth and that Ukrainians are Nazis are similarly ludicrous, and probably similarly sourced.
2. What the US and US allies actually have sent to Ukraine is military equipment and ammunition, which have cost Russia dearly. It will take Russia a decade or two to reequip and retrain to what it was in December 2021.
Further, those hundreds of thousands of dead and maimed military-aged Russian men won't be working Russian factories and farms. Replacing them will also take 2 or 3 decades, and the economic impact during that time will be enormous. Ukraine will also suffer, obviously, but if they are still free, they will probably fare better than Russia.
3. Contrary to Ukraine-Haters' hopes (if the shoe doesn't fit, just don't try it on), I do not think Trump will betray a people fighting valiantly for freedom from a genocidal tyrant. Further, I think Trump will remember how Munich 1938 turned out.
