The claim is from an email FEMA sent various agencies, not from any actual evidence.

IOW, it's a twofer, the incompetents playing victim and faux-ttacking Trump.

If true, which it isn't, wouldn't that be FEMA incompetence if not malice toward Americans have caused militias to hunt down incompetent and malicious FEMA personnel that have killed hundreds of people?

Seems that WaPo and Today have reported this. Also a Charlotte news stationed confirmed the “email was real”. Still nothing with actual proof.  This is just like how they verified the Steele dossier by reporting on other reports as facts

This may have stemmed from fema intefearing with local people who were already helping themselves. Or the story about FEMA intefearing with the star link installation.
I also saw on the local news fema people sitting in their cars preventing people from bringing in supplies to their homes on the west coast of Florida

Governor Desantis also made it clear he would not tolerate fema interference in any of our own efforts in the recovery.

From what I read, the “threats” are only coming from one very remote county up in the mountains. As someone who lived in the mountains of NC for 30+ years, there’s a lot of people who choose to live in the middle of nowhere and often off the grid. They don’t want to be bothered for any reason. Leave them alone unless you wanna get shot. That goes 100x more if you’re from the gov’t.

Edit: Turns out it was one man near Chimney Rock. There was no group or a militia as was reported. Just one lone individual.
