We are on our way to victory on Election Day, and then -- despite attempts to steal the election -- we will have some months until VP Harris is sworn in. Yet the time between now and the election is when many of us will pick up the pace in campaigning.I've encountered, both in real life and on the internet, several Good People who are experiencing fatigue. They are all friends that I have nothing but respect for. In a couple of cases, I had noticed signs that suggested the overtiredness that often results from not taking a break. Taking time to re-charge is a good thing, not weakness.This is a strange time indeed. The felon is in a state of panic, planting the seeds of violence for after his upcoming loss in November. This effort is far greater than what he did prior to his 2020 election humiliation. For he knows that this loss will bring him face-to-face with Jack Smith in federal court.Now, I do not say this to raise fear, or without saying that we have the antidote to the maga infection. Yes, the felon is counting on warfare. He wants blood in the streets. But the antidote for warfarin is Vitamin K -- in this case, votes for Kamala.I had looked for information on taking rests during long, difficult struggles such as the one we are in. I figured people might be tired of my saying that boxers get a one minute rest period between rounds. As I was reading through, I saw where a psychologist wrote that it can be good for people to take rests for the exact reason that boxers get a minute between rounds. (I, of course, thought that was brilliant.)If need be, take some time. If possible, spend time in nature, as it is healing. And if you are ready, let's fight like hell to crush the maga infection. I'm sorry, but healing will be impossible as long as democrats are obsessed with crushing MAGA and refer to it as an "infection".
